Bio Certificate: Our suppliers have a certificate pursuant to Article 35(1) of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 on organic production and labelling of organic products.

2. Are your teas organic?
Yes, most of our tea flavors are certified organic. They were produced in a facility where high quality control and regulation is implemented to ensure consistency in quality.

3. Are your tea bags biodegradable? What are the materials used in your tea bags?
The materials used in our tea bags is PLA NON-WOVEN (Polylcatic Acid Non-Woven). This material is approved for use as food packaging. It meets the EN 13432 standard for compostable and biodegradable packaging. Additionally, the manufacturer follows ISO 9001:2015 standards to ensure hygienic processing.

4. Do you have tea flavors with allergens?
Yes, we have two products that contain milk: ChocoFocus and Afternoon Delight. Please take into consideration if you have milk allergies or intolerance.

Packaging

1. Do you use recyclable packaging? What is your packaging made of?
All our packaging products undergo a rigorous approval process and are crafted to align with at least one of our sustainable circular frameworks: Compostable, Recycled/Recyclable, or Reusable. Each item is produced using sustainable practices, including 100% FSC-certified paper, acid-free paper, soy-based inks, and water-based inks, among others.

2. Is your stand-up pouch food safe?
Absolutely! All our custom pouches adhere to rigorous food safety standards. Crafted from quality materials and equipped with features like resealable zippers, degassing valve, our pouches ensure reliable, food-safe protection for your tea bags.

3. What is Eco-Alliance?
Our packaging partner is a world-leading brand that is committed to sustainable packaging, partnering with “One Tree Planted” to plant a tree with every order.

What are your shipping rates?

Europe (EU + wider Europe) and the UK: €4.90 standard shipping, free from €59.

Switzerland: CHF 9.90 standard shipping, free from CHF 80.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). After that, transit time depends on destination, for example 2–3 days to France, the UK, or Luxembourg; 3–4 days to Switzerland or Germany; up to 6–10 days for parts of Eastern Europe or Greece. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Do you deliver abroad?

Yes, across the EU, the UK, Switzerland, and wider Europe (Norway, Iceland, the Balkans, and more). A few remote destinations (including Svalbard and Vatican City) aren’t currently available. For non-EU orders (UK, Switzerland, Norway), import VAT, duties, or carrier handling fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

What do I do if my order doesn’t arrive?

How do I use a discount code?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships, typically within 1–2 business days of placing it.

Why didn’t I get a tracking number?

How it works

Applies to your first order only, per customer/household.
You have 45 days from your delivery date to decide.
If you’re not satisfied for any reason, contact us with your order number and we’ll refund the price of the product.
No need to return anything, keep the tea, we just want you to be happy.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, no shipping deduction applies.
Limit one guarantee claim per customer.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 15 business days of approval.
This guarantee does not apply to reorders, subscription renewals, or repeat purchases — see “Order Issues” below for problems with any order.

Order Issues

Every order, first-time, repeat, or subscription, is covered if something goes wrong on our end.

Damaged in transit
Wrong item shipped
Missing item(s)
Order lost or never arrived

How it works

Contact us within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery, for lost orders).
Please include your order confirmation number and, where applicable, a photo of the damaged/incorrect item - this helps us resolve it fast.
Refund method: cash to your original payment method, or a free replacement - your choice. Not store credit. This is our error, so we don’t ask you to absorb it.
Approved refunds are issued in full, including original shipping.
This track has no “first order only” restriction. It applies to every order, always.
